Vinson & Elkins advised ArcBest Corporation in its acquisition of Bear Transportation Services, L.P., a private, non-asset truckload brokerage firm, for $26 million.

ArcBest is a multibillion dollar freight transportation and logistics company with five subsidiaries that solve complex transportation and logistics challenges: ABF FreightSM, ABF LogisticsSM, Panther Premium Logistics®, FleetNet America® and ArcBest Technologies.
