A multi-office team at international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP obtained a jury verdict of non-infringement in a patent trial on behalf of Rex Medical, LP and Argon Medical Inc. against a non-practicing entity called EVM Systems, a subsidiary of Acacia, the world’s largest patent holding company. The case was tried in the Eastern District of Texas, Tyler Division before the Honorable Judge Robert W. Schroeder, III.
