The Firm represented J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., as the underwriters, in connection with a public offering of 2,523,128 shares of common stock of Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (“TCBI”). The offering closed on November 18, 2014. Proceeds will be used to provide capital support for the growth of Texas Capital Bank and for other general corporate purposes.

TCBI, a financial holding company, is the parent of Texas Capital Bank, a national bank headquartered in Dallas, with primary banking offices in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio, the five largest metropolitan areas of Texas.
