The Firm represented Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc., as the underwriters, in connection with a public offering of 1,700,000 shares of common stock, $0.01 par value per share, of Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (“TCBI”). The offering closed on January 29, 2014.

TCBI will use the net proceeds of the offering to provide capital support for the growth of Texas Capital Bank, N.A. (“Texas Capital Bank”), to repay outstanding borrowings and for other general corporate purposes.

TCBI, a financial holding company, is the parent of Texas Capital Bank, a national bank headquartered in Dallas, with primary banking offices in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio, the five largest metropolitan areas of Texas.
