Jackson Walker successfully represented its client Timberline Knolls, LLC in the sale of substantially all of its assets to Acadia Healthcare Company Inc.
Timberline Knolls is a 122-bed inpatient behavioral health care facility located in Lemont, Illinois, near Chicago. It will be the first Illinois facility for Acadia Health Company Inc., a Nasdaq-traded provider of behavioral health care services with 33 facilities in 19 states.
In representing Timberline Knolls, Jackson Walker leveraged its extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and the in-depth knowledge of attorneys in its Tax group.
