Jackson Walker L.L.P. successfully represented its client, an Austin–based property owner, in a complex refinancing transaction involving two skilled nursing facilities.

The firm assisted its client in obtaining facility financings for the two properties under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Affairs’ Section 232 LEAN program. Section 232 provides FHA–insured loans for nursing homes, assisted living centers, and other facilities that care for the elderly in need of supportive services. The LEAN process provides standardized, efficient processing of loans under Section 232.
