Jackson Walker L.L.P. successfully represented its client, American Communications, in its acquisition by Clover Holdings, Inc. The deal was announced on Aug. 13, 2013.
Based in Santa Barbara, Calif., American Communications supplies telecommunications hardware and engineering services for data, wireless, wireline, and cable networks to thousands of customers in 50 countries around the globe. The strategic combination with Clover Holdings will enable American Communications to enhance its service offerings and further expand its global reach, while adding to Clover Holdings’ telecom portfolio.
