Davis Polk advised Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and BNP Paribas Securities Corp. as joint bookrunners and representatives of the underwriters on an SEC-registered offering by Fluor Corporation of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.375% senior notes due 2021.
