Bracewell & Giuliani LLP is representing Entergy Corp. in its acquisition of two natural gas-fired combined-cycle power plants from KGen Power Corp. Entergy will pay approximately $459 million for the 450-MW Hinds plant in Mississippi ($206 million) and the 620-MW Hot Springs plant in Arkansas ($253 million).
