Bracewell & Giuliani LLP represented Constellation Energy in its acquisition of StarTex Power, a Houston-based retail electric provider. Constellation paid $142.5 million to acquire 100 percent of StarTex, increasing its presence in Texas, the most active residential electricity market in the U.S.
