Two Haynes and Boone, LLP attorneys represented American Airlines, Inc. in negotiation of a Capacity Purchase Agreement (CPA) between American and SkyWest Airlines, Inc.
Dallas Partner Jan Sharry and Associate Sakina Rasheed assisted American in negotiating the CPA, a four-year deal with SkyWest to handle various flights with regional aircraft on behalf of American.
According to SkyWest’s press release, the airline and its subsidiary, ExpressJet Airlines, Inc. will begin flying on behalf of American in mid-November with 23 aircraft being placed in service prior to the end of the first quarter of 2013.
