International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP announced today that John Quattrocchi has rejoined the Firm as a partner in its Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions practices. John is based in the Dallas office.

Mr. Quattrocchi, 44, who was most recently a partner in the Dallas office of Dentons US LLP, advises clients on a wide range of complex mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, including cross-border transactions, and has experience in a number of sectors, including hospitality, telecommunications, energy, automotive and healthcare, among others. He also provides advice on general corporate matters and corporate governance issues.
