Attorney Mitchell Moses has joined Underwood Law Firm’s Fort Worth office, which has grown to six attorneys in just over a year. Moses’ practice focus is commercial transactions and business litigation, mostly related to Real Estate, Energy, Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate law — structuring partnerships and operating entities. He also devotes a significant amount of his practice to school and education law.

Moses earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Texas Tech University, an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Acton School of Business in Austin, and his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, CA. He was President of the student body at Texas Tech. Moses is a member of the AT&T Cotton Bowl Council, Fort Worth Stock Show Syndicate, Tarrant County Bar Association, Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association and the Tarrant County Real Estate Council. In addition, he serves as a board member for the Key School.
