Thompson & Knight LLP is pleased to announce Jenna Reekie has joined the Firm’s Dallas office as an Associate in the Real Estate and Banking Practice Group.
“It’s our pleasure to welcome Jenna to our nationally recognized Real Estate and Banking practice,” said Andrew A. Ingrum, the Firm’s Real Estate and Banking Practice Leader.
Ms. Reekie focuses her practice on the acquisition, disposition, development, management, and leasing of commercial real estate projects. Her experience also includes the financing of commercial real estate projects; the restructuring of existing debt; and the structuring, negotiation, and formation of limited partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, and joint ventures to own and invest in real estate assets.
Ms. Reekie received a J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law in 2014. She also received a B.B.A. in Management and B.A. Philosophy with minors in History and Human Rights, summa cum laude, from Southern Methodist University in 2011. In 2012, she served as a judicial extern for The Honorable Judge Gregory Presnell and The Honorable Judge John Antoon II in the Middle District of Florida. Prior to joining the Firm, she was an Associate at Baker Botts in Dallas.
