The Dallas-based law firm of Taber Estes Thorne & Carr PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of Linda G. Moore as a Partner.

Ms. Moore brings more than 30 years of commercial litigation experience to the firm, including representing clients in ERISA litigation, products liability claims and general business litigation. She previously was an attorney in the Dallas office of K&L Gates.

With extensive trial and arbitration experience, Ms. Moore has successfully represented clients in contract disputes, tort and negligence claims, employment issues, premises liability matters and breach of fiduciary duty claims.

Ms. Moore earned her law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1979, where she was Notes and Comment Editor of the St. Mary’s University Law Journal. She earned her undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University in 1976.

Following law school, Ms. Moore served as Law Clerk to Judge Mary Lou Robinson in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Amarillo Division, and as a Briefing Attorney for the Texas Seventh Court of Appeals in Amarillo. A Fellow of both the Dallas and Texas Bar Foundations, she also serves on the board of directors for the Resource Center of Dallas and co-chair of its capital campaign.
