Each has an engineering degree and excels at making technical issues understandable.

Bill Slusser, a well known and respected trial lawyer, is experienced at handling patent infringement and technical suits, as well as antitrust, general business and product lawsuits. He is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Law Institute, as well as being individually ranked in Chambers USA, where he is cited as: “an esteemed litigator with vast experience in patent infringement.”

Mike Wilson worked as a research engineer in petroleum refining for six years prior to seeking his law degree. He then spent two years working as a patent lawyer for ExxonMobil. Wilson has represented clients in patent infringement, breach of patent license, trade secret misappropriation, toxic tort and trademark infringement matters.

Jayme Partridge was a licensed petroleum engineer, working for ExxonMobil for six years before receiving her law degree. She has significant experience in patent infringement and complex commercial litigation.

Together, Slusser Wilson & Partridge have represented Fortune 500 clients, as well as individuals in trials involving technology associated with oil and gas production, petroleum chemicals, electronics and consumer products. Before forming their own firm, the three principals began their legal careers at Baker Botts L.L.P., where Slusser served as head of the Trial Department and as a member the Executive Committee.

Slusser received his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law in 1972 and his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1970. Wilson received his J.D. from the University of Tulsa in 1987 and his undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from the University of Arkansas in 1981. Partridge received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law in 1991 and her undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University in 1982. Each is licensed to practice law in Texas.
