In response to client demand for expanded insurance litigation services across the country, Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney, Ltd. announces the addition of veteran trial attorney Patrick M. Kemp, who joins the firm’s Austin, Texas, office as a shareholder.

Mr. Kemp represents insurance companies throughout Texas, with a specific focus on defending insurance bad faith, complex coverage, and commercial litigation claims. Mr. Kemp’s breadth of experience includes defending commercial property, commercial general liability, commercial umbrella, business and personal auto, and homeowners coverage and bad faith claims at both the trial and appellate levels. Previously, Mr. Kemp was a partner at Martin, Disiere, Jefferson & Wisdom’s Austin office, where he honed his insurance bad faith and commercial litigation trial practice.
