Sedgwick is pleased to announce the addition of six attorneys to our Austin office. Three partners, Alan Glen, Michael Klein and Lisa Michaux Magids, and three associates, Rebecca Barho, Laura Evans and Brooke Marcus Wahlberg, have joined the firm.
The members of this group bring experience in environmental, natural resource and land use issues, including specific expertise in the Endangered Species Act, National Environmental Policy Act, Clean Water Act and other federal regulatory programs, as well as health care and insurance regulatory litigation and general commercial litigation. Their additions expand the geographic reach of Sedgwick’s already growing land use practice and will enable us to manage habitat conservation plans, wind and solar energy developments, and other complex environmental projects anywhere in the country. The group also expands our commercial litigation strength in Texas.
