Fresh off its move to Frost Tower, the Dallas office of Polsinelli makes way for five more attorneys, adding to the firm’s significant growth as it continues to expand its client service capabilities. The firm now occupies six floors of Frost Tower spanning 77,000 square feet of space in the building and has reached 41 attorneys in Dallas.

The five most recent additions include shareholder Allen J. Dickey and attorneys William B. Farnsworth and John Turnage, who focus on real estate finance matters. Shareholder David E. Olesky and Laurie Pierce, of counsel, will provide strategic guidance to health care professionals with complex health care litigation needs.

“We’ve grown our Dallas office more than tenfold since opening less than four years ago,” said Jonathan Henderson, managing partner of Polsinelli’s Dallas office. “Strong partnerships with our clients are driving our growth while also enabling us to attract North Texas’ top attorneys, as evidenced by our latest additions.”

The additions of Dickey, Farnsworth and Turnage to the firm’s Real Estate Finance Practice deepens Polsinelli’s ability to serve the needs of real estate lending clients, including CMBS lenders, insurance companies, funds, banks and other financial institutions, in acquisition, construction, bridge, permanent and mezzanine financing transactions of all sizes and complexities. The firm’s team also has significant experience in workouts and restructuring of mortgage loans and works closely with the firm’s loan enforcement group to maximize clients’ recoveries on troubled loans.

Olesky and Pierce will focus on complex litigation matters that involve defending and protecting health care professionals in cases related to catastrophic injuries or death. Modern Healthcare magazine just recognized Polsinelli’s Health Care Practice as building the largest Health Care Practice in the nation.

As previously announced, last month the firm’s Dallas office also added shareholder Robert Dockery to its Securities & Corporate Finance Practice and associate John Synowicki to its Health Care Litigation Practice. The Dallas office opened in 2011 and is an active member of the North Texas business and civic community.

“We are excited about building on our strengths in this region while serving as a gateway to a truly outstanding national law firm – and doing so from a state-of-the-art new office building in the heart of the Dallas business community,” stated Henderson, the office managing partner.
