The Dallas technology and complex litigation firm Munck Wilson Mandalais proud to announce the addition of experienced intellectual property lawyer Harry Hwa-Joong Kimin the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group.

Mr. Kim brings real-world experience in mechanical and electrical engineering to his practice. Before joining the firm, he worked as a patent engineer for a leading worldwide telecom company.

“Harry has the kind of professional experience that we look for,” says Jamil Alibhai, chairman of the firm’s Litigationsection. “It’s very important that our attorneys have an understanding of the needs of our technology-oriented clients.”

Mr. Kim, who is a licensed patent and trademark attorney in Korea, earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and master’s degree in electronics and computer engineering from Korea University in Seoul. He earned his law degree from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law in 2011.

With experience in the electrical and mechanical arts, including telecommunications standards, semiconductors, web programing and hydraulic circuits, Mr. Kim focuses his practice in the areas of patent prosecution and litigation.
