Eisenstat comes to Ogletree Deakins from Figari & Davenport, where he practiced for nearly three decades and represented management in all aspects of employment law.

Eisenstat has extensive litigation experience representing management in wage and hour disputes, claims related to discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and unfair competition, covenants not to compete, theft or misappropriation of trade secrets, as well as agency and partnership disputes. Eisenstat also represents executives in employment matters, such as negotiating employment agreements and severance packages, and counsels employers in pre-litigation employment matters, including class action avoidance. Eisenstat often defends labor and employment cases in federal and state courts, arbitration proceedings, and appearances before governmental administrative agencies and tribunals. He represents clients in a wide range of industries including in the aerospace and defense, health care, real estate, and e-commerce sectors.
