Baker Botts L.L.P., a leading international law firm, today announced that Larry Hall has joined the firm’s Dallas office as a Partner in the Corporate Department.

Mr. Hall’s practice is focused on corporate and finance work for oil and gas companies. He has significant experience in private equity funding, exploration and development participation arrangements, mergers and acquisitions and non-traditional and traditional financing.

Mr. Hall graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.B.A., with highest honors, and a J.D. from Harvard University.
