The international law firm Bryan Cave LLP announced today that Gregory Sachnik has joined the firm’s Dallas office as counsel. He will practice within the firm’s Class & Derivative Actions and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups.

“We are delighted to welcome Gregory to the firm,” said Robin Dubas, managing partner of Bryan Cave’s Dallas office. “He will be a valuable addition to the firm’s nationwide class action practice as well as enhance the experience we offer to clients in our Dallas office.”

Sachnik has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on commercial and consumer litigation matters, developing strategies to effectively and efficiently defend lawsuits, and advising on settlement, litigation or other business solutions.

Prior to joining the firm, Sachnik served as senior vice president and assistant general counsel for a Fortune 500 bank holding company, as well as assistant general counsel for the consumer finance subsidiary of a Fortune 500 insurance company.

Sachnik received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, with honors, in 1991 and his B.A. in economics from the University of Texas at Austin, with honors, in 1987. He is admitted to practice law in Texas and Tennessee.
