Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of Benette L. Zivley in the Austin office of Munsch Hardt as a shareholder. Benette will be joining us from the Texas State Securities Board where he served as the Texas Securities Commissioner.

While Benette served as the Texas Securities Commissioner, he directed all agency investigations, inspections and approved all settlements and initiated litigation, as well as supervised the agency’s securities registration program, broker-dealer and investment adviser registration programs. He also acted as the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) representative.
