McGlinchey Stafford PLLC is pleased to announce that three attorneys have joined the firm’s Dallas, Texas office: Lorin M. Subar, Brandon K. Bartee and Jason T. Little.

Lorin M. Subar is of counsel in the commercial litigation section of the firm. Mr. Subar brings to the firm more than 23 years of experience as a litigator, representing corporate clients and individuals in complex commercial litigation, business litigation, class actions, products liability and personal injury litigation. Mr. Subar earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Michigan State University College of Law, where he was a member of Law Review, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University.

Brandon K. Bartee is an associate in the firm’s banking & finance section. Mr. Bartee’s practice focuses on commercial finance and banking transactions, including asset-based lending facilities and matters related to commercial real estate. Mr. Bartee earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2010 (cum laude). He holds his Master of Laws degree in Law & Entrepreneurship from Duke University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Financial Management from Abilene Christian University, where he graduated summa cum laude in 2006.

Jason T. Little is an associate and practices in the consumer financial services section of the firm. Mr. Little represents banks, financial institutions, mortgage companies and other businesses in matters involving litigation, regulatory compliance, licensing, loan documentation, foreclosure and servicing procedures and real estate. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Little worked in real estate development. Mr. Little earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2000. He also holds his Master of Science degree in Religion and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics (cum laude) from Pepperdine University.
