McGlinchey Stafford PLLC is pleased to announce that Steven T. Holmes has joined the firm’s Dallas office. Mr. Holmes is Of Counsel in the firm’s commercial litigation section.
Mr. Holmes brings to the firm more than 15 years of litigation experience. His practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions and entities in bankruptcy matters, creditors’ rights issues, litigation surrounding consumer financial services and commercial litigation.

Mr. Holmes earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 1995 and his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Indiana University in 1992. He is a Master of the Dallas/Fort Worth John C. Ford Bankruptcy Inn of Court and an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
