McGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce that Emily Stroope has joined the firm’s consumer financial services litigation team in Dallas, Texas. The national law firm now has thirty-three attorneys practicing in Texas, with eighteen lawyers in its Dallas office and fifteen in Houston.

“We are excited to continue to grow our national banking litigation team in order to most effectively serve our clients,” said Dwayne Danner, head of McGlinchey Stafford’s Dallas office. “Emily is an excellent addition to our team in Dallas.”

Emily Stroope is an Associate in the consumer financial services litigation section of the firm. She primarily represents lenders and other financial services institutions in litigation involving real estate, title contests and contract disputes. She received her J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 2009 and her B.A. from Southern Methodist University in 2006 (cum laude).
