Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC is pleased to announce the addition of two transactional real estate lawyers to its Dallas office. Paul V. Downey joined the Firm as Senior Counsel and William T. Morton, as an Associate, on September 24, 2012.
Paul Downey was formerly with Winstead PC before starting his own practice as Paul V. Downey, P.C., almost nine years ago. He brings over 25 years of experience with his broad-based representation of lenders, borrowers, owners, developers and investors in commercial real estate, leasing, real estate finance and business law matters. Bill Morton is an experienced lawyer representing clients in real estate transactions including office and retail leasing, negotiating commercial contracts and general business law matters.
