Kemp Smith LLP is pleased to announce that Rachel E. Carver has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. The focus of her practice is Insurance Defense, Medical Malpractice and Civil Litigation. Her past experience includes insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
Ms. Carver received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University and Juris Doctor, Summa Cum Laude from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, TX. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Texas Bar, Dallas Bar Association and El Paso Bar Association.
