Elizabeth Cuneo joins Kelly Hart as an associate in the Fort Worth office’s Litigation Section.
Ms. Cuneo focuses her practice on representing corporate clients in a wide variety of commercial and regulatory litigation in state and federal courts involving commercial disputes, breach of contract actions, antitrust, securities, and employment matters. Prior to joining the firm, she was a litigation associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Dallas, Texas.
Ms. Cuneo graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A.in Government. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School. While in law school, Ms. Cuneo interned for the Honorable Anthony J. Scirica at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After law school, she clerked for the Honorable Jane J. Boyle at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas in Dallas, Texas.
