Robert L. Rickman, Board Certified in Labor and Employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, joins Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC (KRCL) in the Dallas office.

Rob’s practice focuses on employment law and diverse business litigation matters. He has experience with a wide array of employment-related matters, including theft and misappropriation of trade secrets disputes, non-compete cases, and actions filed under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Age Discrimination in the Employment Act. Rob has represented many clients in audits and inspections by the Department of Labor and OSHA, counsels employers on best practices, and consults with clients on handbook policies and employment agreements.

In addition to his employment law practice, Rob has extensive litigation experience including breach of contract matters, indemnification disputes, patent, trademark, and copyright infringement.

His expertise in Labor and Employment has been recognized by the Board of Legal Specialization which is a mark of excellence and a distinguishing accomplishment. Rob has been included on the Rising Stars list, published by Thomson Reuters, a designation given to lawyers under 40 who are viewed by their colleagues as preeminent in their respective practice areas, from 2011-2014.
