Winston & Strawn LLP has announced that Jonathan Judkowitz has joined the firm’s corporate transactions group in Houston. Mr. Judkowitz, who joins Winston as a partner, was most recently a banking and finance partner at Mayer Brown.

“We’re excited to have Jonathan join our team in Houston. His reserve-based lending experience is a welcome addition and will support and add depth to the firm’s finance practice,” said John Keville, Winston & Strawn Houston office managing partner.

Mr. Judkowitz’s practice focuses on representing and advising lenders and borrowers in a variety of finance transactions, including secured and unsecured commercial finance, project finance, first lien/second lien finance, and cross-border finance. He has a particular emphasis on finance transactions involving companies in oil and gas, and other energy-related industries.

Mr. Judkowitz earned his JD from Emory University School of Law and BBA from University of Houston.
