Jackson Walker is pleased to welcome partner Ronald D. Kerridge to the firm. Mr. Kerridge joins the Tax group in the Dallas office.

Mr. Kerridge divides his time between tax controversies and transactional tax matters. In his controversy practice, he represents clients before the IRS on a wide variety of federal income tax issues. On the transactional side, Mr. Kerridge’s practice emphasizes corporate and acquisition-related tax planning matters involving taxable and tax-free transactions for both publicly traded and privately held clients.

Mr. Kerridge is a member of the American Law Institute. He is also a member of the Tax Section of the State Bar of Texas and serves as chair of the Dallas Bar Association’s Tax Section. Mr. Kerridge received his A.B., summa cum laude, from Princeton University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
