Jackson Walker L.L.P. is pleased to welcome attorney Andrew Baumgardner. He joins the San Antonio office as a partner in the Real Estate group.
Mr. Baumgardner has experience representing sophisticated private and institutional parties, including regional developers, with respect to the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing and development of all types of commercial properties. He joins Jackson Walker from Haynes and Boone, LLP. He previously served as the vice president and general counsel for a regional commercial real estate advisory firm, where he managed legal services for a real estate portfolio of retail, office, medical office, and land development projects.
Mr. Baumgardner is a repeat selection to the “Rising Stars” list (2004-2007) by Thomson Reuters, and he was named to the San Antonio’s Best Lawyers list in 2005 by Scene in SA magazine. He is also a 2005 graduate of the San Antonio Real Estate Council Leadership Development Program. He earned his B.B.A. degree in Mathematics and Corporate Finance, summa cum laude, from St. Mary’s University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law.
