Billeck, all most recently partners at Weil, Gotshal & Manges where Mr. Strasburger was managing partner of the Houston office, join Winston & Strawn as partners. The arrival of the group broadens Winston & Strawn’s litigation and restructuring capabilities, expands its abilities to serve energy sector clients, and underscores the firm’s commitment to developing a full-service platform in Houston.
