Brinson is an accomplished litigator with almost twenty years of experience defending clients in the Hospitality, Entertainment, Retail, Manufacturing and Construction industries, including cases involving Dram Shop/Liquor Liability, Products Liability, Premises Liability, Professional Liability, and Personal Injury Defense, throughout Texas.  He also handles Commercial and Business Litigation, Employment, Oil Field Services and Corporate Structure and Governance.  He has represented both insured and self insured clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 100 companies. Brinson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1988 from Texas A&M University and earned his Juris Doctorate in 1993 from South Texas College of Law.
