The international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP announced that Ronald G. Skloss has joined its Austin office as shareholder in the Corporate & Securities Practice. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Skloss was an equity partner at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP and Andrews Kurth LLP.

He is a great asset to our Corporate & Securities and M&A practices and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in areas like public and private securities offerings and domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Ronnie has a wide range of experience in many different industries and sectors, including information technology, software, semi-conductors and internet content and services. Both our clients and our firm will benefit greatly from his addition,” said Darrell Windham, co-managing shareholder of the Austin office and chair of the Texas Corporate & Securities Practice.
In addition to his law practice, Skloss co-owns a commercial vegetable farm where he develops and implements biological and sustainable farming techniques to enhance quality and yields while reducing reliance on inorganic fertility inputs and pesticides. Skloss received his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and a B.B.A., in Finance, from the University of Texas at Austin.
