Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Jeremy Brandon has joined the Dallas office as a partner. Brandon was formerly a partner with Susman Godfrey and has previously served as legal counsel to then-Senator John Kerry in Washington, D.C. At Gibson Dunn, he will continue to focus on complex commercial litigation matters.

“We are pleased to welcome Jeremy to the firm,” said Ken Doran, Chairman and Managing Partner of Gibson Dunn. “He is a well-regarded litigator with significant trial experience in a wide variety of practice areas. His addition will solidify our position as a preeminent litigation firm in Dallas and the region.”

“Jeremy is an immensely talented trial lawyer with stellar credentials,” said Robert Walters, Partner in Charge of the Dallas office. “He is one of the most promising young commercial litigators in Texas. A number of our partners have worked with Jeremy and can attest first-hand to his splendid advocacy.”

“Gibson Dunn’s litigation reputation is first-rate—both in Texas and nationally,” Brandon said. “I must have met 50 Gibson Dunn lawyers over the last couple of months, and I saw first-hand in every one of those meetings what I’d heard from clients, former colleagues, opposing counsel, and judges alike: this firm is committed to excellence. All the time. I couldn’t be happier to be here.”
