Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Sabina Bramlett as a partner to its Taxation and Wealth Planning Practice. Bramlett will be based in the firm’s recently opened Dallas office.

Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Bramlett handles a wide array of estate planning, probate and transactional business planning matters. She regularly assists clients with drafting and implementation of wills, trusts and other entities to address objectives regarding the disposition and protection of assets while minimizing federal estate and gift tax exposure.

“Fresh off of our recent merger with Fox, we are excited to already be attracting new talent like Sabina to the office,” said Clinton J. David, Fox’s Dallas Office Managing Partner. “Sabina brings a new practice to our office that will enable us to better provide full-service representation to our clients in the Texas market.”

Bramlett also represents executors and estates through all phases of administration, including the preparation of estate and inheritance tax returns. Additionally, she assists clients in transactional business planning deals for closely held businesses, including formation, general transactional matters, business succession, key employee planning and sales and acquisitions.

Fox entered the Lone Star State in October 2014, through a merger with Dallas-based David & Goodman P.C., a move that marked the 20th office nationwide for the firm. The office has a strong foothold in the Dallas market, primarily handling litigation, real estate, corporate, employment and family law matters for clients of all sizes and types, ranging from individuals and startups to Fortune 500 corporations.

Bramlett earned her J.D. from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, her M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business and her B.A. in Economics from Amherst College.

Prior to joining Fox, Bramlett was a partner at Glast, Phillips & Murray, PC in Dallas.
