Fenimore, Kay, Harrison & Ford, LLP, a nationally-recognized independent bank boutique law firm, today announced its expansion into the Dallas-Fort Worth market with the opening of its Dallas office and the addition of three experienced banking attorneys. With the addition of Robert Flowers, Jacque Kruppa and Pam O’Quinn, the firm has expanded its banking practice to 14 attorneys and 2 paralegals.

“We have considered a strategic expansion for several years now,” commented Managing Partner Chet Fenimore. “Identifying the right opportunity in the Dallas area with the availability of exceptional attorneys who share the firm’s ideals and vision, we believed that the time was right for the move. Robert, Jacque and Pam bring extensive experience in the field and will become a valuable resource for both our attorneys and banking clients for years to come.”

“The firm was founded by several of our former colleagues with a vision for a law firm specifically tailored to the needs of community banks,” noted Mr. Flowers. “Since its inception, the firm has created lasting partnerships with its clients, and we are confident that the platform best suits our community bank practices and clients.”

Consistent with the firm’s philosophy since inception, all three Dallas-based attorneys bring significant specialized banking law experience with large national and international law firms. “Having previously worked in financial institutions groups at large firms, as well as at a boutique banking law firm, I have seen the benefit to clients of leveraging large firm knowledge and experience within a competitive rate environment,” stated Ms. O’Quinn. “We are excited about the opportunities to collaborate with the depth and experience of the professionals in the firm.”

Ms. Kruppa added, “Because of the depth of resources and knowledge, we will be able to provide the same high-quality services that we have been providing our client banks in an environment focused exclusively on community banks.”

Mr. Flowers, Ms. Kruppa and Ms. O’Quinn will be joined in the firm’s new Dallas office by paralegal Cheryl McClain, who also has extensive experience serving banking industry clients.
