Dentons announced that Stuart Blaugrund has joined its Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice as a partner in the Dallas office. He joins from Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP, where he was also a partner.

Blaugrund focuses his practice on representing and counseling employers in discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, trade secret, whistleblower, unfair competition and non-compete matters. He also represents management and high-level executives in the negotiation and documentation of employment contracts and benefits packages, and advises clients on NLRA compliance, wage and hour, and fair employment practice issues. His clients include private and publicly-held companies in the banking, energy, real estate, hospitality and health care industries.

Blaugrund is a graduate of the Leadership Dallas program sponsored by the Dallas Regional Chamber®, and is also a former director of the USA Film Festival of Dallas and Congregation Anshai Torah. He provides pro bono legal counsel to the Dallas Holocaust Museum/Center for Education and Tolerance, the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas and several other non-profit institutions in the Dallas metropolitan area.

Blaugrund is certified by The Texas Board of Legal Specialization (TBLS) in the area of Labor and Employment law. He is also a nine-time Texas Super Lawyers honoree. He earned his JD and BA from the University of Texas.
