Norton Rose Fulbright today announced that Michael G. Keeley, a corporate and regulatory banking lawyer, has joined its Dallas office as a partner.

Keeley comes to Norton Rose Fulbright from Hunton & Williams LLP, where he was a partner. He focuses his practice on banking, corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.

Keeley advises clients on private and public securities offerings, financial institutions sales and purchases, bank acquisitions and corporate finance.
