Branscomb | PC is pleased to announce lawyer Sandra Ramos White has joined the firm as a shareholder.

Sandra joins the firm’s labor and employment law group. She will focus her practice on advising and counseling employers on a broad range of employment related issues, formulating preventive strategies, drafting employee handbooks and personnel policies and procedures and representing employers before federal and state agencies on discrimination charges and claims on the basis of age, sex, race, disability, religion and other protected categories. Her work will also include representing employers in grievances, arbitrations, investigations and settlement negotiations. She has considerable experience drafting non-competition and employment contracts. Ramos White received her law degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 1997 and her bachelor’s degree from Our Lady of the Lake University in 1991.
