Baker Donelson is pleased to announce the arrival of Daniel Sternthal to the Firm’s Health Law Group.

Mr. Sternthal joins Baker Donelson as a shareholder in the Houston office, where he concentrates his practice on advising clients on issues relating to regulatory, operational and corporate matters. He represents clients doing business within the health care industry and represents providers across the continuum of care, including individual and group medical practices, hospitals, long term care facilities and ancillary service providers. Mr. Sternthal is board certified in health law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

A graduate of the University of Texas Law School, Mr. Sternthal is a frequent author and speaker on a variety of health law issues and recently served as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston teaching a course on Long Term Care and the Law. He has been recognized as a “Texas Rising Star” in the area of health law by Texas Monthly and is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the Health Law Section of both the Houston and American Bar Associations.
