Beirne, Maynard & Parsons, L.L.P. announces the opening of a San Antonio, Texas office. The firm now has offices in Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and New Orleans.

In addition to a new office, the firm also welcomes two partners and an associate. Larry Kurth, Lori Hanson, and John George will join the firm’s San Antonio office.

An office in this wonderful community will be a great asset to us as we continue to efficiently and effectively serve a growing number of clients here in Texas, nationally, and internationally. We are also pleased to welcome Larry, Lori, and John who are all seasoned litigators committed to client service.”

Larry Kurth is a Board Certified Civil Litigator with 30 years of experience litigating all types of legal disputes from products liability to personal injury to property damage to contract claims to insurance actions. He is well-versed in the legal community of Bexar County and has appeared before virtually every sitting judge in The County, from J.P. Courts to the Fourth Court of Appeals. He has selected over 100 juries from Brownsville to Dallas.

Lori Hanson is a litigator with 23 years of experience in commercial litigation, healthcare, insurance defense and coverage issues, employment law, government defense, and appeals. Ms. Hanson’s practice is diverse, but specialized in the area of litigation. She has substantial experience in medical negligence defense, contract, fraud, DTPA, civil rights, and constitutional law issues. She represents clients in all aspects of litigation and preparation of cases from pleadings through trial and appeal.

John George represents clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. Among others, these include commercial litigation, business torts, labor & employment law, and real estate. He has significant experience in complex commercial litigation, including trial experience in a wide variety of business litigation matters involving novel theories of contract and commercial tort law.
