Bracewell & Giuliani LLP represented Los Angeles based Thomas Properties Group, Inc., a full-service real estate company, in a long term lease to Statoil Gulf Services L.L.C.,  the U.S. upstream subsidiary of the Norwegian energy company, at CityWestPlace in Houston’s Westchase District.
