Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP continued its long-standing work on behalf of Cinemark Holdings, Inc., by representing the company in a $530 million Rule 144A high-yield note offering that closed today. The notes, due in 2023, will be guaranteed by certain of the company’s subsidiaries.
The Akin Gump team was led by corporate partners Terry Schpok, Alan Laves and Chris Gores.
