The law firm of Thompson & Knight LLP is pleased to announce that Casey Ragan and Rebecca R. Seidl have joined the Firm as Attorneys in the Oil and Gas Practice Group.

Ragan is resident in the Firm’s Dallas office and focuses his practice on oil and gas matters. He received a J.D., cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2010 and a B.S. in Political Science from Texas A&M University in 2004. He joins Thompson & Knight from EquityMetrix, LLC in Dallas.
Seidl is resident in the Firm’s Houston office and focuses her practice on oil and gas matters. She received a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2009 and a B.S., with honors, in Political Science from Grand Valley State University in 2006. She is licensed to practice in Texas, Oklahoma, and North Dakota. She joins Thompson & Knight from a law firm in Houston and previously served as a Lease Analyst at Occidental Petroleum Corporation and a law clerk to the Honorable Justice Tim Taft at the First Court of Appeals.
