The global law firm of Thompson & Knight LLP is pleased to announce that Cole Bredthauer has joined the Firm as an Associate in its Oil and Gas Practice Group in Dallas.

Bredthauer focuses his practice on oil and gas matters, including acquisitions and divestitures, joint development and participation arrangements, and title due diligence. He received a J.D., cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2008 and a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin in 2005. Bredthauer joins Thompson & Knight from Cantey Hanger LLP in Fort Worth.
