The law firm of Thompson & Knight LLP is pleased to announce the addition of C. Walker Brierre as an Associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group in the Firm’s Houston office.

Brierre focuses his practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, and distressed investments. He received a J.D., magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School in 2009 and a B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin in 2001. Prior to joining Thompson & Knight, he was an Associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP in New York. He is admitted to practice in New York, and his Texas admission is pending.
